Personal Lines Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator is the back-office support to the whole team. They support the team by handling administrative tasks like data entry, processing of daily endorsements, issuing certificates of insurance, preparing documents for clients and maintaining accurate client records.
Responsibilities:

Data Cleanup/internal audits of management system/maintaining accurate records

Cancel report audits

Claims tracking, weekly report follow-up on claim status & report to AE

ID Cards,billing questions for carriers, mortgage proof of insurance, endorsements processed on carrier site.

Perform additional functions at the direction of agency management. This would include but not be limited to such responsibilities as download processing, report generation, logging new business activity

Prepare policies, endorsements, cancellations, and other necessary documents for mailing or delivery to customer

Claims assistance: assist in submitting first reports of claims.

Maintain electronic customer files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company
Education/Experience:
-
Demonstrates excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail

Strong relationship building skills.

Learning and development: Continuously learn about insurance industry trends, products, and services to increase knowledge and expertise.

Experience in selling and/or servicing Personal Lines insurance not required at first but will need to be obtained within first 90 days of employment.
